Job Title: Director of Family Services

Position Summary:
The Director of Family Services will oversee the Family Neighborhood Support Program (FNSP), Mental Health (MH) programs and Parenting program, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to clients. The Director of Family Services is responsible for supervising staff and collaborating with community partners to provide comprehensive wraparound services program to families in need; key duties include needs assessment, program development, staff supervision, budget management, and ensuring quality service delivery across various family support initiatives. The Director of Family Services reviews and analyzes data, assists with resource development, and collaborates with other departments to maintain a high level of service quality. This position requires leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to helping families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for participant program recruitment for FNP, Parenting and CIFFTA programs
Provide support to the family support wrap around services program team and participants
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and other agencies to identify and address family needs
Oversee referrals from the Referrals Email Inbox, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
Analyze data to track program effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making
Conduct comprehensive assessments of family needs to develop individualized service plans
Represent the organization and advocate for policies and funding that support families facing challenges
Ensure grant compliance through tracking program data and needs
Responsible for assigning families to success coaches and participants to parenting and counseling programs ( CIFFTA & FPN)
Responsible for monitoring all FNP, Parenting and CIFFTA staff and program providers/ contractors
Oversee the day-to-day operations of family support programs, including case management, client intake, service delivery, and outcome monitoring
Responsible for FPN Stabilization Request and Invoicing
Track attendance, utilization, metrics and program data
Meet regularly with the Family Services team to assess progress, resolve issues, and identify immediate needs.
Pull and analyze Trust Data to track program performance.
Review key dashboards and trackers, including the FNSP Dashboard, PAR/CIFFTA reports, and the FNSP repots
Monitor Trust Central and Care Paths, including closing cases and archiving data.
Review MHC logs and Care Paths sessions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with the Mental Health team on unresolved client or case issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly.
Review and update the following trackers:
Weekly Archives (Week-over-Week Tracker)
Success Coach Logs (review timeliness and accuracy)
Monthly Invoice Tracker and individual logs
Automate and update various questionnaires, including:
Therapist Questionnaire Automation
Screening Questionnaire Automation
Attend and participate in Trust FNP, CIFFTA and Parenting meetings and calls
Act as a point of contact for clients, team members, and liaison for external partners to build relationships and address concerns and provide information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field 
Extensive experience in social service delivery, particularly in family support programs 
Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a diverse team 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, community partners, and stakeholders 
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track program outcomes 
Understanding of relevant social service policies and regulations
