The Liberty Entertainment Group, in partnership with world-renowned pizzaiolo Francesco Martucci, is bringing his exceptional gastronomic vision to Miami. Our mission is to deliver a luxurious and exclusive culinary experience in the heart of Wynwood, combining innovation, authenticity, and artistry.

We are currently seeking talented culinary professionals to join our team and contribute to the execution of a menu that reflects the highest standards of Italian fine dining. Ideal candidates will possess proven experience in gourmet Italian cuisine, a deep knowledge of premium Italian ingredients, mastery of modern and traditional cooking techniques, and a refined sense of aesthetic presentation. They must demonstrate both expertise in their specific station and a comprehensive understanding of overall kitchen operations.

Job Description for Chefs/Cooks

Prepare and execute menu items in coordination with the kitchen brigade, strictly following the restaurant’s recipes, techniques, and presentation standards.
Follow and report directly to the Head Chef, maintaining clear and respectful communication.
Ensure compliance with all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Guarantee that dishes are prepared and served simultaneously, promptly, and at the highest quality.
Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative attitude with all team members.
Organize and maintain workstation setup with all necessary mise en place and supplies.
Plate and garnish each dish with precision, artistry, and consistency.
Prepare appropriate quantities of food according to the restaurant’s daily needs and service demands.
Monitor product freshness, label and rotate stock according to the restaurant’s standards.
Handle and report any accidents or incidents promptly, ensuring corrective actions and follow-up.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including tables, equipment, and cooking surfaces such as grills, fryers, ovens, pasta cookers, and refrigeration units.
Other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

Proven experience and technical proficiency in Italian gastronomy and its various cooking methods.
Strong understanding of ingredient sourcing, seasonality, and regional Italian products.
Excellent attention to detail, speed, and accuracy during service.
High level of creativity and artistry in food presentation.
Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and professional demeanor.
Food safety

Experience:

Cooking: 2 years (Required)
Italian cuisine: 2 years (Preferred)
