Job Summary

Florida Windows and Glass is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This position involves meeting with homeowners at pre-qualified appointments to provide estimates and solutions for impact windows and doors throughout South Florida.

We provide qualified leads and scheduled appointments, allowing our sales consultants to focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing sales. In addition to company-provided opportunities, consultants may generate their own leads for increased earning potential and enhanced commission opportunities.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-ticket in-home sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently guide homeowners through the buying process. Evening and occasional Saturday appointments may be required to accommodate homeowners' schedules.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners and business owners at scheduled appointments to present impact window and door solutions
Conduct in-home consultations, evaluate customer needs, and recommend appropriate products
Measure openings and gather project information for accurate estimates and proposals
Build rapport with customers and provide a professional sales experience
Prepare and present pricing, financing options, and project details
Follow up with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales process
Generate referrals and cultivate relationships with past and prospective customers
Maintain accurate records of appointments, estimates, and sales activities
Collaborate with office staff and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations
Self-generate leads when desired for additional commission opportunities

Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual (English and Spanish) required

Previous sales experience required
Impact window and door sales experience preferred
Experience in roofing, solar, HVAC, kitchen remodeling, bath remodeling, or other high-ticket in-home sales considered
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
Proficient with smartphones, tablets, email, and basic computer applications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
