Are you an experienced financial professional who enjoys building relationships, understanding client goals, and developing personalized solutions?

Guerra Wealth Advisors is looking for a driven Senior Wealth Advisor to join our team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the client experience, from the initial conversation and financial discovery through presenting solutions, building trust, and closing business.

If you're confident working with clients, have strong financial knowledge, and are motivated by performance and long-term relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Wealth Advisor, you'll work directly with clients to understand their financial goals and help develop strategies aligned with their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcome and engage with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct in-depth conversations to understand financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
Develop and present personalized wealth management strategies.
Clearly explain financial products, services, and recommendations.
Guide clients through the full sales process from initial consultation through closing.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
Follow up with prospective clients and develop new business opportunities.
Stay current on financial products, market developments, and wealth management strategies.
Collaborate with the team to share best practices and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Maintain accurate client and sales information.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Salary + Commission

Expected earning potential: $200,000–$700,000 annually

Your earning potential is tied to your experience, performance, and ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.

We're looking for an experienced professional who combines financial expertise with strong relationship-building and sales skills.

Successful candidates will have:

Proven experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
Strong knowledge of wealth management and financial planning principles.
A demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
A proactive approach to identifying and developing new opportunities.
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Authorization to work in the United States.
