Fleet Service Advisor | $65K-$85K+ | Join a Growing Team

If you're an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with customers, and wants to be part of a team that works together—not against each other—this opportunity is for you.

We're growing and adding another Service Advisor to our team. If you're looking for a stable career with a Monday-Friday schedule, team-based bonuses, and the opportunity to work with commercial fleet customers, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Fleet Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating repairs from estimate to delivery.

Responsibilities include:

Greet and communicate with commercial fleet customers
Build estimates and secure repair approvals
Create repair orders and dispatch work to technicians
Coordinate workflow throughout the shop
Order parts
Maintain consistent communication by phone, text, and email
Keep customers updated on repair progress
Recommend needed maintenance and repairs
Perform quality control before vehicle delivery
Work closely with technicians and management to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Experience in an independent repair shop or dealership welcomed
Strong customer service and communication skills
Moderate sales ability with a customer-first approach
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Experience coordinating technicians and workflow
Comfortable creating estimates and closing repair orders
Experience with shop management software is a plus (Fullbay experience preferred but not required)
Knowledge of Isuzu, Ford, Chevrolet, Peterbilt, or Kenworth is a plus
Valid driver's license required
CDL is a strong plus

Schedule

Monday-Friday
Rotating shifts between approximately 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
No weekend shifts

Compensation

$65,000-$85,000+ per year
Guaranteed base salary
Team-based monthly performance incentives
Weekly pay
