We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Service & Sales Technician to join our growing team!

As a Residential Plumbing Service & Sales Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems while educating homeowners on the best solutions for their homes. This is a service-driven, consultative sales role where you'll build trust with customers, present repair and replacement options, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
Perform plumbing service calls while identifying opportunities for additional repairs or system improvements.
Present repair and replacement options using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
Clearly explain findings, pricing, and recommendations so homeowners can make informed decisions.
Deliver exceptional customer service by building trust and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Meet or exceed sales and performance goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and customer interactions using ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and properly care for company tools and equipment.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, services, and industry best practices.

Position Requirements:

Three (3)+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
Proven experience presenting and selling plumbing repair and replacement solutions.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across residential plumbing systems.
Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to educate homeowners and recommend appropriate solutions.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple service calls and priorities.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
