The Opportunity i-payout is seeking an experienced Vice President, Global Payments & Strategic Partnerships to take senior ownership of key areas of our global payment operations, banking relationships, processor relationships, commercial agreements, and international payment strategy. This is a highly hands-on executive role. We are specifically looking for someone with substantial direct cross-border payments experience who understands how international money movement actually works in practice — including banks, processors, payout partners, FX, settlement, payment rails, pricing, implementation, reconciliation, and operational problem-solving. Cross-border payments experience is mandatory. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily domestic payments, general fintech, project management, compliance, technology, or traditional corporate operations will not be considered unless they also have significant direct cross-border payment experience. What You Will Own The VP will take senior responsibility for major parts of i-payout's global payment ecosystem, including:
- Cross-border payment operations
- International payout partners and payment rails
- Banking and financial institution relationships
- Processor and payment-provider relationships
- FX and international settlement relationships
- Payment routing and corridor performance
- Strategic payment partnerships
- Commercial contract negotiations
- Pricing negotiations and renewals
- Partner economics and profitability
- Vendor and partner performance management
- Escalation and resolution of operational issues
- Launch of new payment methods, countries, corridors, and providers
- Business continuity and payment-provider redundancy
- Cross-functional coordination with Compliance, Finance, Technology, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership

Cross-Border Payments Experience — Required Candidates must have meaningful direct experience in cross-border payments and international money movement. The ideal candidate will have personally worked with multiple elements of the international payment ecosystem, such as:

Pay: $98,034.00 - $118,062.45 per year
