We are seeking a Beef QA Commercialization Manager to support one of North America's most recognized Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional with strong beef industry expertise to influence food safety, supplier quality, and product commercialization across more than 7,000 restaurant locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the North America Quality Assurance team, you will:

Lead quality assurance and supplier management activities for beef and protein commodity categories.
Partner with suppliers to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and brand standards.
Support product commercialization, scale-up activities, and new product launches.
Analyze supplier performance data, audits, testing results, and consumer feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain product specifications, quality standards, and supplier requirements.
Collaborate with Product Innovation, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Restaurant Operations teams.
Investigate quality and food safety issues and lead corrective action initiatives.
Monitor regulatory requirements from FDA, USDA, FSIS, and CFIA.
Present supplier performance metrics and quality insights to leadership teams.
Support third-party auditing and supplier approval programs.
Review nutritional information and product compliance documentation.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Meat Science, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Food Safety, or Food Manufacturing.
Direct experience with beef manufacturing, beef processing, or beef supplier quality management.
Strong understanding of beef production processes, food safety systems, and protein manufacturing environments.
Experience managing supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, regulatory compliance, and food safety systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting QSR, foodservice, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) organizations.
Experience with pork or additional animal protein categories.
HACCP, CQE, CQM, or related certifications.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Process Capability.
Experience with laboratory testing programs and supplier verification systems.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and data analysis tools.
