Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, representing our store's commitment to excellence in luxury fashion. You will provide personalized service, offer expert advice on high-end clothing and accessories, and build lasting relationships with our clients. Your role will be essential in driving sales and maintaining the store's reputation for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers, providing personalized and attentive service to meet their fashion needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current fashion trends, new arrivals, and product details. Provide expert advice on clothing, accessories, and styling to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling. Utilize customer data and feedback to tailor sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Store Presentation: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and organized. Assist with merchandising, including arranging displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving and processing new shipments. Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Process transactions accurately and handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store management to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in high-end retail sales is preferred. Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on personalized service.
Knowledge: Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging styles.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Appearance: Professional appearance with a keen sense of style that aligns with the store’s image. Adherence to the store’s dress code and grooming standards.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing customer information.
Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
