Location: In-office (Wilmington, DE)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Our team works hard to ensure our clients feel heard, supported, and protected. We are currently seeking a driven and empathetic Junior Pre-Litigation Paralegal to support our pre-litigation team and grow within a structured, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with various aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases under the guidance of the attorney and case management team.
Communicate with clients to provide updates and support, escalating questions or concerns to senior staff as needed.
Request, track, and summarize medical records and bills, and maintain clear documentation.
Help track treatment status, insurance coverage, and case details, and assist with communication with providers and adjusters.
Support deadline tracking and compliance standards with oversight from senior team members.
Collaborate closely with the attorney and fellow team members to deliver excellent results.
Reflect and uphold our core values in every client interaction and tasks.

Qualifications:

0–2 years of experience in a legal, administrative, or personal injury support role (training provided).
Willingness to learn.
Proficient in attention to detail and empathy.
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish preferred but not required).
Passion for delivering exceptional service with integrity and compassion.
This role is ideal for someone early in their legal career who wants to build a strong foundation in personal injury case management.
