About Our Client

Job Description

Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee medical office renovations, healthcare interiors, and facility additions
Coordinate with field Superintendents, subcontractors, owners, and design teams
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Monitor project costs and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
Work closely with the Healthcare Team Lead and operations leadership to successfully execute projects

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of construction project management experience preferred
Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
Experience managing healthcare interiors, medical office projects, renovations, or additions
Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with field operations teams
Proficiency with common construction management software and project management tools
Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
No hybrid or remote work option available
