Plant Supervisor

Job Summary

Permian Enterprises, an affiliate of Frontier Tubular Solutions Holdings, LLC, is seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to join our operations team. This leadership role is responsible for assisting the Plant Manager in overseeing daily plant operations, driving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience supervising employees in an oilfield manufacturing, industrial production, coating, fabrication, or pipe processing environment. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring production goals are achieved safely, on time, and within company quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities

Assist the Plant Manager with the daily supervision of plant operations and production activities.
Lead, coach, and develop production employees while fostering a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment.
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
Assign work and monitor employee performance to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor workflow and production performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Coordinate activities between production, maintenance, quality, shipping, and other departments.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate production status to management.
Promote housekeeping, organization, and safe work practices throughout the facility.
Support employee training, performance management, and ongoing development initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in an oilfield service, manufacturing, industrial production, coating, pipe processing, or fabrication environment.
Experience with industrial coating, sandblasting, or surface preparation is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing employee performance, accountability, and team development.
Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
