Full Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for great food, and take pride in your work, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
Ensure food is cooked and plated accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Assist with food prep, inventory rotation, and minimizing food waste.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a restaurant kitchen preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
