As a Barber at Tommy Gun’s, Your Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming customers and conducting thorough consultations
Providing expert recommendations based on face shapes and preferences
Demonstrating strong technical skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, and texturizing
Performing back-of-neck and straight razor shaves (not required to apply; training is available)
Maintaining grooming stations and sterilizing tools in compliance with Utah sanitation regulations
Maximizing retail opportunities through effective chair education
Building lasting relationships with loyal customers

What You’ll Do

Greet guests and provide thorough consultations
Perform precision haircuts, fades, and razor services
Educate clients on grooming products and techniques

What We’re Looking For

A current Utah license in Barbering or Cosmetology/Barbering
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
Commitment to continued learning and professional growth
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation
Up to $35/hour based on hours worked, tips received, and service/retail commissions earned. Wages comply with Utah labor law and are paid on a regular payroll schedule.
