Full Job Description

Double Drop Construction is seeking Equipment Operators to join our team in Casper, WY. Double Drop Construction provides construction services for oil/gas operations and civil construction projects. Operators shall be able to demonstrate the safe and efficient operation of all types of equipment to perform grading and excavation operations, pipe installation and backfill and finish grading operations. We are looking for equipment operators with a variety level of experience and willing to train and grow the right individuals. Candidates who are able to operate multiple types of equipment, have experience with GPS control, read plans, have full knowledge of OSHA Excavation Requirements, have good communication skills, and good organization skills are most preferred.

Pay is dependent on experience ranging from $22 to $30 per hour with benefits, year-round work, and opportunities for advancement.
