We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience. As the cornerstone of our food operation, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, menu development, and food quality assurance. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and innovative cuisine in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, manage diverse food operations, and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

Hire, lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
Develop, plan, and update menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest expectations
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency and excellence
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations
Coordinate catering events and banquet services with precision to deliver seamless service
Oversee kitchen operations during shifts, including staffing schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and maximizing operational efficiency
Maintain a vibrant work environment that promotes creativity, safety, and high standards of hospitality

Experience

Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen setting
Extensive culinary background with strong skills in food production, cooking techniques, and menu planning
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing diverse kitchen teams in a fast-paced and high-quality environment
Background in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings preferred
Familiarity with banquet operations, catering services, and large-scale food service management
Knowledge of inventory management systems and food handling safety protocols
Experience with dietary department requirements and accommodating special dietary needs
Strong understanding of restaurant management principles including shift management and kitchen operations
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture
