Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay: $39.00-$42.00 per hour + Shift Premium

We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support a modern, highly automated bakery production facility in Oak Creek, WI. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, preventing downtime, and working with cutting-edge manufacturing technology, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a stable employer offering outstanding pay and benefits.

What You'll Do

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed production and packaging equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment and support production during equipment changeovers.
Repair and maintain motors, pumps, gears, conveyors, VFDs, and safety systems.
Complete work orders using CMMS/EAM software.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred).
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
Knowledge of PLC diagnostics (Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley).
Experience with motors, pumps, gears, conveyors, VFDs, and industrial automation.
Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems.
High school diploma or GED required.
Technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance is a plus.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Schedule

Continental PM Shift – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

This is a rotating 12-hour schedule where employees typically work 3 to 4 days per week, providing several full days off between workweeks.
