Full Job Description

As a Senior Territory Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and leading the sales efforts in your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out remotely within the Wisconsin, IL territory.

In this role, you will impact the company's sales performance significantly. By effectively leading and managing your designated territory, you will drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and exceed sales targets. Your ability to develop strategic sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and contribute to the company's overall success and market dominance.

Successful candidates will value sell to become the customer’s trusted advisor to earn the trust and business with all various customer stakeholders. As an industry expert, this position will guide the customers through the buying process and help to differentiate US Digital Designs offerings. This position would hold ultimate full-lifecycle responsibility to provide and support Mission-Critical Systems that (literally) help Save Lives and Property – so respect and service to these customers and the community they serve is paramount. We prefer whatever combination of skills and experience that would serve our customers and communities best.

MUST HAVE:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role.
A minimum of 1 year of public Safety subject matter expertise (preferable Fire, Medic, Dispatch).
A minimum of 1 year of experience with Public Safety Technologies (radio, CAD, fire station alerting)

WE VALUE:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of experience with US Digital Designs offerings and/or similar offerings.
3-5 years of experience in sales or sales related skills.
Strong and independent organizational skills.
Experience in government procurement.
Experience in standard productivity software suites (Google, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Experience working with CRM software - SalesForce is preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $171,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive eligible. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to exceed annual sales targets. Drive new business development and expand existing customer relationships. Promote Honeywell Fire & Life Safety solutions, including fire alarm systems, emergency communications, and connected building technologies. Build strong partnerships with electrical contractors, systems integrators, distributors, and consulting engineers. Identify, qualify, and close large project opportunities. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts. Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and executive-level discussions.

Work closely with technical, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to develop strategic account plans. Support channel partners through training, sales enablement, and business planning. Travel throughout the territory to meet customers and support project opportunities.
