What You’ll Do

As Director of Finance, you'll provide leadership for the organization's finance and human resources functions while serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director, Finance Committee, and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include:

· Leading the annual operating and capital budgeting process

· Preparing monthly financial statements, forecasts, and financial analyses

· Presenting financial information to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors

· Overseeing accounting operations, payroll, cash management, investments, and internal controls

· Coordinating and overseeing the annual audit

· Partnering with department leaders on budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives

· Supervising finance and HR staff while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence

No two days are exactly alike. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact across the organization while helping ensure Zephyr Point remains financially strong for years to come.

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business (CPA or MBA preferred)

· 4+ years progressive accounting and finance experience

· 2+ years in an accounting or finance leadership role

· Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls

· Strong GAAP knowledge

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· High level of organization and follow-through
