Full Job Description

Western Site Services LLC (a highly respected, service-oriented, family-operated, and women-owned portable sanitation and rental company serving Northern Nevada) is offering an excellent employment opportunity for a Customer Relations Specialist who is outgoing, relatable, and motivated to speak with potential customers in-person and over the phone. Under the supervision of the President, the Customer Relations Specialist position is a full-time introductory role that directly supports the Construction Sales Team in the execution of inside and outside sales calls and responsibilities. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Relations Specialist position include, supporting the Construction Sales Team in all efforts to secure new construction clients and construction accounts.

This position involves making rapid decisions, often based on very little information. The ideal candidate must present novel ideas with confidence and be comfortable navigating quickly changing conditions. There is a good degree of difference from one day to the next, with shifting priorities and new problems to solve daily. When working with other people, this person must have authority, confidence, and influence. They should communicate with energy and conviction, with the goal of getting others to take action.

This job focuses on achieving goals. The end result is more important than the details of how work gets done. Someone in this role must delegate details to others, following up closely to ensure timely results. There is much freedom in this position, with a focus on self-reliance.

Must be comfortable balancing multiple simultaneous projects in a potentially fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Requires a venturesome nature, working with others to solve problems. Will need to comfortably navigate conflict of ideas, opinions, and people.
Communication must be confident, direct, and poised. Ability to direct others and motivate them to take action.
Delegates strategies, details, and implementation freely in pursuit of goals.
Serves customers by selling products and services and meeting customer needs
Enters and completes daily orders as they come in
Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
Using a company vehicle, visits construction sites daily greeting potential customers, listening to their needs/problems, and steering them toward products and services that can help them to address their needs
Manages email correspondence between major clients
Answers major sales calls explaining pricing, terms of payment and billing cycles
Creates and distributes sales proposals and quotes
Maintains relationships with major customers
Handling any modifications of sales calls and follow up on changes

Qualifications / Skills

· A valid Driver’s License Class C

· Positive attitude and general knowledge of the construction industry

· Portable sanitation experience is a plus but not required

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to changing operational demands
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS

The position may require driving, walking between client locations, sitting at a desk, computer data input, and speaking with new customer over the phone.

· Work hours - Monday – Friday 8-hour shift

· Compensation begins at $24 hourly. Benefits:100% Employer paid Medical. dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 Day probationary period: Full-Time employees receive paid time off and holiday pay. After a year of employment, we provide a matching 401K option.
