Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident RV Park Manager in Mineral Wells, Texas to lead the daily operations of a vibrant recreational vehicle park. In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest services, property management, and team supervision to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, uphold high standards of hospitality, and drive operational excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a dynamic hospitality setting while delivering memorable outdoor experiences for guests from around the globe.

Compensation:

Job Duties – Resident RV Park ManagerDaily Operations

Walk the property daily to inspect for cleanliness, safety concerns, maintenance needs, and overall appearance.
Ensure all common areas, office, pool, laundry facilities, and amenities remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Welcome new guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide outstanding customer service.
Respond promptly to guest questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.
Monitor park activity and ensure all park rules and policies are followed.

Guest Services & Leasing

Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Process reservations, rentals, renewals, and move-ins for RV sites, cabins, and event facilities.
Conduct property tours for prospective guests and residents.
Follow up on leads to maximize occupancy.
Maintain a positive guest experience and encourage satisfied guests to leave online reviews.

Property Management & Administration

Maintain accurate tenant and guest records within Rent Manager and other company software.
Process rental agreements, payments, move-ins, move-outs, and account updates.
Monitor delinquent accounts and communicate professionally with residents regarding outstanding balances.
Ensure billing, utility charges, and resident information remain accurate and up to date.
Maintain organized property files and documentation.

Property Maintenance

Perform routine inspections of all RV sites, cabins, buildings, utilities, and amenities.
Complete minor maintenance and repairs when appropriate.
Coordinate with outside vendors for plumbing, electrical, landscaping, septic, pool, and other specialized services.
Report major maintenance issues promptly and monitor projects through completion.
Ensure all vacant sites and cabins are clean, safe, and move-in ready.

Grounds & Facilities

Keep entrances, roads, landscaping, and common areas clean and attractive.
Empty dog waste stations and trash receptacles as needed.
Maintain the pool, laundry facilities, bathhouse, and other guest amenities.
Perform seasonal property maintenance including irrigation winterization and weather preparation.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical meters, septic systems, and other park infrastructure.

Marketing & Community Relations

Assist with local marketing efforts and social media engagement.
Promote community events and park amenities.
Build positive relationships with long-term residents, guests, and local businesses.
Provide feedback regarding occupancy trends, pricing, and guest satisfaction.

Blue Bonnet Hall Events

Coordinate reservations and scheduling for the event hall.
Prepare the facility before events and ensure guests have everything needed.
Respond to issues that arise during events.
Clean and reset the facility following each event.

Leadership & Operations

Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere throughout the park.
Prioritize guest satisfaction while protecting company assets.
Communicate regularly with ownership regarding occupancy, maintenance needs, and operational concerns.
Take initiative to identify opportunities for improving operations and guest experience.
Assist with training and supporting additional staff as needed.

General Expectations

Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe property at all times.
Communicate proactively and resolve issues efficiently.
Work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Support company goals by maximizing occupancy, maintaining property standards, and creating an exceptional guest experience.

Pay: $1,400.00 per month
