Perioperative Nurse Manager opportunity for an experienced RN leader to elevate surgical care in a high trust environment . As an OR Nurse Manager you will step into a program where patient safety results and team growth are visible every day.

This Community Medical Center delivers surgical care across inpatient and outpatient settings with a focus on reliability. The Perioperative Nurse Manager will lead in a hospital that values shared governance and strong nursing practice. Accreditations include DNV and recognition for orthopedic and spine quality which supports the Perioperative Services Manager in driving standards. Modern OR suites feature enhanced sterilization systems and evidence based protocols.

The Perioperative Nurse Manager reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. As an Operating Room Nurse Manager this leader supervises pre op OR and PACU nurses surgical technologists and unit coordinators. The role partners with anesthesia leaders surgeons sterile processing and a surgical business manager to deliver seamless operations.

The Perioperative Nurse Manager guides a multi suite perioperative service with a diverse case mix that includes ortho spine general and ENT. Energy on the unit is purposeful and supportive with a culture of continuous learning. As a Surgical Services Nurse Manager you will collaborate with engaged physicians exceptional techs and committed RNs.

As Perioperative Nurse Manager you strengthen clinical practice through education mentorship and competency validation across pre op intra op and PACU. The OR Nurse Manager advances quality improvement infection prevention and survey readiness under AORN ASPAN and DNV standards. You direct operations with staffing budgeting scheduling and case coordination to support safe throughput and strong resource use while tracking outcomes for joint replacement shoulder and spine programs. You build collaborative relationships with surgeons anesthesia and vendors while leading equipment evaluation and policy development.
