Front Desk Agent – Part-Time Weekend Morning Shift

Four Points by Sheraton Mall of America Minneapolis Airport

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is specifically for weekend morning shifts and is ideal for someone with previous Marriott hotel experience who enjoys providing excellent guest service.

Position Details

Part-Time
Weekend availability required
Morning shift only
Must be dependable and punctual

Qualifications

Previous Marriott hotel experience strongly preferred
Must be familiar with Marriott brand standards and procedures
Experience with Lightspeed PMS is highly preferred
Previous hotel front desk experience required
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing accurately
Comfortable resolving guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment
Must be reliable and able to work independently

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional service to all guests
Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios
Assist with reservations and guest requests
Answer incoming phone calls and provide hotel information
Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel procedures
Respond to guest concerns and assist with service recovery when necessary
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
Maintain a clean and professional front desk and lobby area

We are looking for someone who can step into the role with a strong understanding of hotel front desk operations. Candidates with a Marriott background and Lightspeed PMS experience will receive priority consideration.
