Full Job Description

Job Title: Quality Systems Coordinator
Duration: 6 Weeks
Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour (W2)
Location: Minnetonka, MN 55343
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

As a Quality Systems Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining Quality Systems compliance. This position is responsible for managing GxP records, supporting quality event processes, assisting with complaint handling, and ensuring quality documentation is maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and monitor quality event processes while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Organize, categorize, and maintain physical and electronic GxP records for accuracy, accessibility, and traceability.
Support product complaint handling by accurately entering complaint information into the Quality Management System.
Maintain and issue controlled logbooks.
Assist with Quality Systems activities including:
CAPA support
Internal and external audits
Document control
Training administration
Track operational quality metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform additional Quality Systems responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of experience within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
Experience with records management and regulatory compliance.
Working knowledge of MasterControl or a similar Quality Management System (QMS).
Experience supporting customer complaint processes.
Understanding of:
GxP
21 CFR
EU GMP
ICH Guidelines
ISO Standards
Quality System Regulations (QSR)
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Passion for maintaining quality standards and protecting customer and patient safety.

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working on a computer.
Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 20–30 lbs.
Comfortable working in a low-to-moderate noise office environment.

PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
