What You'll Do

As an Escrow Closer, you'll independently manage residential and commercial real estate transactions while delivering an exceptional experience for buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, and attorneys.

Responsibilities include:

Manage transactions from contract through closing and final disbursement
Prepare Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and other closing documents
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, attorneys, and other parties throughout the transaction
Review title commitments and assist with clearing title requirements
Schedule and conduct real estate closings
Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and Minnesota real estate regulations
Balance files and accurately disburse funds
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every transaction

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced closer who enjoys building relationships while managing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of Minnesota title or escrow closing experience
Ability to independently manage files from opening through closing
Strong knowledge of Minnesota real estate transactions
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with SoftPro
Commercial closing experience is a plus but not required
