Travel RN – Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Nurse Manager Support

Location: Minnesota (Travel-Based Assignments) Job Type: Contract / Per Diem / Travel Pay: $49–$52/hour + mileage reimbursement Flexible full-time & part-time opportunities available

We’re actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to provide clinical support in Assisted Living communities and serve in Nurse Manager-level support roles within Skilled Nursing facilities throughout Minnesota.

This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy variety, leadership opportunities, and the flexibility to choose assignments that fit their lifestyle and experience level.

What You’ll Do

Assisted Living Support Nurse Responsibilities:

Deliver direct resident care and complete nursing assessments
Administer medications and treatments
Create and update individualized care plans
Support compliance, documentation, and clinical operations
Assist communities during staffing transitions or census growth

Skilled Nursing Nurse Manager Support Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight to nursing teams
Support staffing coordination and clinical operations
Mentor and guide LPNs, RNs, and CNAs
Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards
Assist with admissions, care planning, audits, and quality initiatives
Step into leadership roles during management transitions or leaves

QualificationsRequired:

Active Minnesota RN license in good standing
3+ years of nursing experience
Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred for Skilled Nursing assignments
Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
