Aesthetic Injector / Nurse Injector (RN/NP/PA)

We're looking for an Aesthetic Injector/Nurse Injector who wants to continue developing their craft in a supportive, clinical environment with a high standard of excellence. This role is ideal for someone who already has foundational injecting experience and is excited to refine their skills, grow their patient base, and be part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do
Patient Consultations & Treatment Planning
- Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand patient goals and concerns
- Create customized treatment plans that prioritize safety, balance, and natural-looking results
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and long-term care plans
Injectable Treatments
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including biostimulators, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers
- Maintain strong clinical standards around safety, technique, and patient comfort
- Track patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans to support long-term satisfaction
Skincare & Treatment Integration
- Educate patients on medical-grade skincare and complementary aesthetic treatments that support injectable results
- Recommend products and services to optimize outcomes
Patient Relationship Building
- Develop strong, trusting relationships that encourage long-term patient loyalty and retention
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation in Aesthetic Record
- Contribute to a patient experience that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and personalized
Team Collaboration & Practice Growth
- Work closely with the clinic team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education opportunities
- Represent TC Medspa through outreach to local businesses and prospective patients
- Contribute ideas that support clinic growth and patient care standards
Onboarding & Training
- Complete onboarding and training requirements as outlined by TC Medspa leadership

Required Qualifications
- Active RN or NP license in Minnesota
- Minimum of 2 years experience performing neuromodulator, dermal filler and/or biostimulator treatments
- Minimum 2 years experience in a medical aesthetics clinic as an RN or NP
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and patient safety
- Ability to identify adverse events and respond with appropriate interventions
- Excellent communication and patient consultation skills
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate medical documentation
Experience That Helps

- Experience with Aesthetic Record
- Passion for continued aesthetic education
Schedule
- Business hours are Monday, Thursday & Friday 9-5pm; Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10-7pm
- Availability outside of scheduled hours may occasionally be needed for trainings, events, networking or team meetings
- Schedule would initially be 2 days a week with growth opportunity up to 5 days a week

This role offers a competitive hourly base, dependent on experience, with additional earning potential through performance-based commission tied to treatments, sales goals, and patient retention.
