Full Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and organized professional with bookkeeping and administrative experience to support an established boutique salon in Minneapolis.

As a small business, we are looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is comfotable assisting in bookkeeping, administrative responsibilities, and other duties that help keep the business running smoothly.

Responsiblities:

Accounts payable and receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliation
QuickBooks bookkeeping and recordkeeping
Payroll coordination
Financial reporting
Vendor management
Administrative support, scheduling, and correspondence
Business records and document management
Customer service support, including client check-in, check-out, and payment processing
Special projects as needed
Errands, transportation, and other support tasks

Qualifications:

3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
Strong QuickBooks skills
Tech-Savy
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong communication skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Enjoy working in a small-business environment and supporting a variety of business needs
Administrative, office management, or service-business experience preferred

Additional Requirements:

Valid drivers lience and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to travel locally as needed
Professional references

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
