Customer Service Representative

Location: Eden Prairie, MN (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Eden Prairie, MN.

In this role, you will be an important connection between our customers and our internal operations. You will help manage customer orders from start to finish, coordinate shipments with warehouses and freight partners, keep customers updated on their orders, and provide general administrative support to our office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being involved in different areas of a growing business.

What You'll Do

Receive customer orders by phone, email, EDI and accurately enter them into our order management/ERP system.
Review order details including products, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, and freight companies to schedule truck deliveries and ocean shipments.
Provide customers with shipping schedules, estimated delivery dates, tracking information, and updates regarding delays or changes.
Respond to customer questions regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and account information.
Assist with returns, claims, and order adjustments.
Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
Work closely with sales, purchasing, accounting, and other internal teams to resolve order or billing issues.
Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational needs.
Perform other related administrative duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in both English and Korean.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

1–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, office administration, distribution, or logistics.
Experience using an ERP or order management system, such as Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Familiarity with logistics and freight terminology, including LTL, FTL, ocean freight, and customs documentation.
Previous experience supporting general office or administrative operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
