Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and handle bookkeeping responsibilities to ensure smooth business functioning. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive environment, support team coordination, and maintain accurate financial records. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys multitasking with enthusiasm and precision.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette
Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity
Handle bookkeeping tasks using Sage accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
Support office management by coordinating calendar schedules, organizing meetings, and managing time-sensitive tasks efficiently
Provide administrative support such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and assisting with personal assistant duties as needed
Assist with customer support efforts by responding to inquiries promptly and maintaining positive client relationships
Ensure office procedures are followed consistently while demonstrating strong organizational skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Accounting a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment and work independently.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is a plus
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
Knowledge of office equipment operation including fax machines, scanners, and printers
Ability to manage calendar appointments efficiently using digital tools; familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred
