About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated Foam Application Technician to join our team. This role involves operating and maintaining a foam rig for concrete lifting and spray foam insulation. You will oversee job sites, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality work, and excellent customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who wants to grow with a small company.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a foam rig, including all associated tools and equipment.
Lead and supervise assistant technicians to ensure job sites run smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction on all projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Manage daily job site operations, starting and ending at our shop in Monticello.
Travel to job sites, primarily within the local area.
Flexibly adapt to changing job site requirements and priorities.
Perform spray foam insulation during winter months, with concrete lifting as a primary focus during other seasons. Become PCP Certified through SPFA.
Communicate with customers throughout their project—including arrival updates, project planning details, and completion follow-up—via text, call and email.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with spray foam insulation or a related field is strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a CDL.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
Enjoy the challenge to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces while suited and masked for insulation projects.
