As our Lead Clinic Integrator, you’ll be the right hand to our founder and visionary doctor. You’ll lead the team, build the systems, drive the growth, and hold down the fort so we can scale our impact and reach more families. WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Lead and facilitate daily morning huddles that get the team locked in, aligned, and fired

up to serve

Build, implement, and optimize systems and SOPs across every area of the clinic —

from patient flow to team workflows

Hold every team member accountable to their role, their KPIs, and the standard of

excellence we’ve set

Drive patient retention strategies that keep ideal patients engaged in long-term wellness

care and memberships

Own the new patient experience from first contact through care plan acceptance,

ensuring a consistent and compelling sales presentation

Lead and develop the clinic’s marketing, social media, and brand-building efforts to grow

our community presence

Recruit, train, and develop team members who are aligned with our mission and

committed to their own growth and health

Remove the founder from being the bottleneck on day-to-day decisions so the visionary

can focus on growth and expansion

Track, report, and improve key practice metrics including new patient volume (28+ per

month target), retention rates, and membership enrollment

WHO YOU ARE

A natural leader and self-starter who builds systems and solves problems with limited

direction

Experienced in operations and people management — you’ve led teams and driven

results before

Strong sales instincts with a track record of influencing outcomes and closing with

integrity

Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven — nothing slips through the cracks on

your watch

Outgoing, grounded, and confident — you lead with warmth but don’t shy away from

hard conversations

Passionate about health, wellness, and living what you preach — you invest in your own

body and wellbeing

Driven by mission and purpose, not just a paycheck — you want to be part of something

Experience in growing a brand or organization is a major plus
Chiropractic or healthcare experience is helpful but not required — the right heart and

skill set matter more

Morning huddles are running daily under your leadership — the team starts every day

aligned, energized, and clear on their targets

Every team member knows their role, owns their KPIs, and is being held accountable to

perform

Patient retention is trending upward and wellness memberships are growing with ideal,

committed patients Families are signing onto care together through a consistent, compelling care

presentation

New patients are consistently signing onto care with a target of 28+ new patients per

month

The founder is freed from day-to-day decision bottlenecks and operating fully in the

visionary seat

Social media, marketing, and brand presence are leveled up with consistent, quality

output

Every team member is optimized not just for professional growth, but for their own

personal health and wellbeing

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience ($22-35/hr depending

on qualifications)
