Full Job Description

Winsupply Minneapolis is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Commercial Quotations Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position combining customer service, inside sales, commercial HVAC estimating, and project coordination. You will help contractors identify and order the right products, prepare commercial equipment quotations and submittals, and support projects from the initial bid through ordering and delivery.

Winsupply Minneapolis is a locally owned and operated HVAC distributor. We work hard, move quickly, and rely on every team member to communicate, solve problems, and help wherever needed. The right person will take ownership of their work, develop strong customer relationships, maintain a high level of accuracy, and understand that customer service is our number-one priority.

Interested in developing strong HVAC product and application knowledge.

Responsabilities:

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Help identify new sales opportunities and communicate leads to the appropriate salesperson.
Maintain accurate customer, order, and project information in the company’s computer system.
Identify the equipment, accessories, controls, and options required for each project.
Prepare accurate and timely commercial HVAC quotations.
Prepare complete equipment submittal packages for contractors and engineers.
Convert awarded quotations into accurate sales orders and purchase orders.
Coordinate equipment releases, delivery requirements, and job-site schedules.
Work with the warehouse and delivery teams to coordinate commercial-equipment deliveries.

Qualificaitons:

Previous HVAC sales, commercial estimating, applications, or project-coordination experience, General HVAC Industry Knowledge
Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories.
Ability to read mechanical plans, specifications, schedules, and construction documents.
Familiarity with packaged rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, ventilation equipment, controls, and accessories.

Customer requests are followed through from beginning to completion.
