Program Advisor — In-Home Sales · Hurricane Protection · South Florida

If you've knocked — solar, roofing, windows and doors, HVAC, water treatment, remodel, gutters — you already know what this posting is. So here it is straight.

Commission only. 1099. Uncapped. No base.

Most programs we enroll land between $20,000 and $30,000. You're paid a percentage of what you write, and that percentage goes up when you generate the appointment yourself. We publish the actual commission schedule on the first call — real percentages, real thresholds, in writing, before you decide anything.

We don't post income projections. We don't know what you'll sell and neither does anyone else advertising a number. Bring your own production history, do the math against our ticket, and tell us if it works.

The owner trains you himself. Week one, in the room — not a video, not a trainer who hasn't knocked a door in four years. And he's still selling, so you learn what's working this month. Want him on a ride-along after that, or somebody to go through your own recording and show you where you lost the room? Normal Tuesday here.

You build the number at the table. We built our own live pricing tool. You scope the job in front of the homeowner and the number is final in the room — no callback, no "let me ask my manager." It shows your commission live on every line, so you know what a program pays before you present it.

The back end is handled. Permitting, materials, install, the 4-point and the wind mitigation inspection — one package, run by the licensed contractor. Nobody calls you six weeks later about a permit, and the homeowner ends up holding exactly what their carrier needs to look at a credit. What the carrier decides is the carrier's call, and that's how we say it at the table.

Who we're after. Somebody with real in-home or door-to-door production behind them who still likes the work and wants to be coached. Bilingual English/Spanish will make you money down here — not required. Come ready to talk about your numbers, good months and bad; that's how we figure out where you'd start.

One thing to know going in. Self-generation is the engine of this business. Everybody canvasses — advisors, senior advisors, the people running teams. Company-provided appointments are added on top for advisors who meet the eligibility standard; they don't replace your own pipeline. The advisors who earn the most here keep a street running even with a full calendar, because self-generated pays a higher rate and that pipeline belongs to you.

How the money arrives. Two pieces — the first about two weeks after the enrollment, the rest when the job funds. Construction takes a minute, so month one reads lighter than what you wrote and month two is when it stacks. An optional biweekly advance against future commissions is available to smooth the ramp; terms are covered on the first call. Most people take it early on.

This isn't seasonal. Insurance renewals, code requirements and storm damage run all twelve months. There's no dead quarter where you sit around waiting.

What you'll need. A reliable vehicle, a valid Florida license with current insurance, and to clear a background check. You'll operate as an independent contractor and control your own schedule and methods.
