Job Title: General Manager

Company: Diced

Diced is a fast-casual restaurant specializing in healthy, fresh, organic ingredients. Our customizable menu options include salads, wraps, bowls, and smoothies catering to various dietary needs. We pride ourselves on using local sources and sustainable ingredients to offer our customers high-quality and nutritious meals.

We seek a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of management experience in the fast-casual restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Create a positive, inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, heard, and supported.
Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Work with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards are met and maintained.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures.
Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the fast-casual restaurant industry.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to manage a team. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to perform various tasks

Work Expectations:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Schedule Expectations:

Must be able to work 50 hours per week
Work between 5-6 days a week
