Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced seeking Civil Engineers/Civil Designers/Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in civil engineering design, particularly in project engineering and management. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including general site design, transportation and water treatment facilities, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The successful candidates will play crucial roles in the successful execution of projects from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities

Support the design and development of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to draft detailed design plans using Civil 3D software.
Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Utilize Mathcad and SWMM for hydraulic modeling and analysis as part of the design process.
Oversee project scheduling, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and engineers within the team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Degrees not mandatory for Designers and Technicians
Proven experience in project engineering within the civil design sector.
Proficiency in Civil 3D software is essential; familiarity with Mathcad and SWMM is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of general civil engineering systems, transportation and water facilities, and construction inspection.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong mathematical skills for effective analysis and problem-solving.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
