Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Office Manager to lead the administrative and operational functions of our office environment. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily office activities, managing vendor relationships, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Join us to help create an efficient, welcoming, and productive workplace that supports our mission and growth.

Duties

Supervise daily office operations, filing systems, and clerical tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
Manage vendor relationships by negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and maintaining service quality standards. (Accounts Payable)
Maintain budgeting records, monitor expenses, and assist with financial
Manage office supplies inventory and oversee bookkeeping tasks to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
Facilitate communication across departments using multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools.
Medicare and Medicaid billing
Hospice billing
Prior Authorizations for HMO insurances
Resident Trust Fund - working with residents for their personal spending requests, balance trust fund monthly

Skills

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities.
Utilize PCC for office duties, billing, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules efficiently.
Skilled in vendor management including contract negotiation and relationship building.
Knowledge of medical office management or healthcare administration is a plus but not required.
Exceptional communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records accurately.
Experience with SAGE software a plus

Demonstrated leadership in team management with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
