What You'll Do

Employee Support & HR Operations

Serve as a resource for employees and leaders regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, timekeeping, and employee programs.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Maintain employee data and records with a strong focus on compliance and data integrity.
Assist with HR communications, reporting, and workforce analytics.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitate new hire orientation.
Help create a welcoming and engaging experience for new employees.
Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.

Employee Relations

Partner with leaders to address performance concerns, employee coaching opportunities, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
Assist with investigations involving employee concerns, workplace issues, and policy interpretation.
Provide guidance that supports a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.

Compliance & Administration

Help ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
Monitor required employee documentation, training records, certifications, and performance evaluations.
Support policy reviews and HR process improvements.

Offboarding & Continuous Improvement

Coordinate employee separation processes and conduct exit interviews.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
Participate in special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; or
Four or more years of relevant HR experience in lieu of a degree.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
