Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to meet our organizational needs. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with candidates and hiring managers. The Staffing Coordinator will utilize various tools, including UltiPro, Workday, and Lever, to streamline the hiring process and enhance employee evaluation and orientation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Utilize applicant tracking systems such as UltiPro and Workday to manage candidate information and streamline workflows.
Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment strategies.
Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored support.
Engage in executive recruiting efforts for high-level positions within the organization.
Negotiate offers with candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and practices.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates on staffing metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience in staffing or recruitment roles,
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Knowledge of employee evaluation processes and best practices in employee orientation.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in staffing processes.
Assume all front desk responsibilities
