What You Will Receive

Compensation equivalent to $90,000 annually, based on experience.

Practice Physical Therapy Without the Rush

What You Will Do

Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s goals.
Provide evidence-based, hands-on Physical Therapy treatment.
Use clinical reasoning to progress and modify treatment plans.
Educate patients about their condition, recovery, and long-term health.
Monitor progress and adjust care based on patient response.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referring providers.
Collaborate with clinicians and administrative team members.
Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and patient-focused environment.

What We Are Looking For

Active Alabama Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain one.
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence working independently while remaining collaborative.
A desire to continue learning and developing clinically.
Interest in joining a private practice that is actively growing.
Manual therapy experience is preferred but not required.
New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

This is a full-time Physical Therapist position.

The typical clinic schedule is:

Monday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Alternative scheduling options may be considered for the right Physical Therapist while maintaining patient access needs.
