Are you a people-first problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment? Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who wants to be on a leadership team that thoughtfully connects compassionate caregivers with amazing seniors. Our mission is to care for those who once cared for us!

What You’ll Do

Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for caregivers and clients with precision and care.
Build meaningful relationships with families and field staff — you’ll be their go-to person.
Manage last-minute schedule changes with grace and quick thinking.
Communicate daily with your team to ensure every shift is filled and every client is cared for.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts to grow our local team.
Maintain up-to-date documentation in scheduling software.
Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
Support the Operating Director with conducting intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure high-quality client service is provided at every stage of the client touch-points and experience from phone to in-home consultation to maximize client retention.
Ensure compliance with standards and state-specific license requirements.

Travel:

Limited travel as needed for various sales, marketing, and client care service needs.
Must have reliable transportation to meet the needs of position and scope of job responsibilities.
Mileage reimbursement for qualifying events.

Monday–Friday schedule: 8-5 with an-call rotation

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of scheduling coordination, office management experience, preferably with recruiting experience (healthcare/home care is a plus).
Strong communication and multitasking skills- you remain calm when things change fast.
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling or CRM systems).
A servant-hearted attitude and genuine care for others.
Reliable, organized, and driven to see things through.
