Full Job Description

Position Overview: Full time, day shift position, Monday - Friday.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and word
Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills
Prior clerk experience required.

Job Responsibilities:

Answering the department phone system
Responsible for communicating and amintaining positive customer service relationships
Receiving, entering, and assigning work orders to proper maintenance technicians
Monitoring and documenting status of complete, incomplete, and deferred work order requests
Receiving parts and checking stock as required
Responsible for keeping the office organized and clean
