Full Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator / Therapy Clinic Receptionist
Full-Time | On-Site | Crest Hill, IL | $20–$22/hr

Advanced Therapy & Wellness Center (ATWC) provides whole person care for kids and adults through speech therapy, feeding therapy, myofunctional therapy, occupational therapy, and bodywork. We are building a clinic that runs on systems, clarity, and high standards so families feel supported and clinicians can do their best work.

This Role
You are the front desk and scheduling anchor. You keep communication tight, calendars accurate, and intake organized so patients arrive prepared and the day flows smoothly.

What You Will Do

Answer phones, texts, and emails and provide warm, clear communication
Manage the waitlist, schedule evaluations and ongoing visits, manage reschedules, and maintain accurate calendars
Manage the intake process: send paperwork, track completion, and ensure forms are done before the first visit
Collect deposits, copays and payments at time of service and provide receipts
Keep the clinic front area calm, clean, and welcoming
Reset and sanitize shared therapy materials and tools between patients
Maintain organization of clinic supplies and shared materials
Support clinic operations with other administrative tasks as assigned

*This role is NOT responsible for insurance claims submission or heavy billing*

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2 plus years of admin, front desk, or customer service experience
Comfort with Mac computers and basic office software

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a medical, dental, or therapy clinic
Experience with scheduling software or an EMR
Basic understanding of copays and deductibles
