Accounts Receivable-

Are you an expert at managing a large volume of customer receivables? Are multitasking and communication your strong suits? Office Machine Consultants is looking for the right person to handle an accounts receivables position. Responsibilities include: billing, dispatching, contracts, taking orders, working with software, making receivable calls, and handling mail.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

A passion for customer service
A strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management & multitasking skills
Attention to detail & quality of work
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Adeptness at utilizing resources & finding solutions
Most of all someone who cares about our customers as much as we do
Accounting experience / background a plus

Our accounts receivables person will be responsible for:

Customer contract setup
Invoicing
Processing A/R Deposits (Checks, ACH & Credit Card Payments)
Customer statements
Communication with customers to understand issues related to contracts and invoices
Communication with customers on outstanding invoices and past due calls
