Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team! Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear solutions and guidance
Handle outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote additional services
Assist customers with product or service issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and resolving complaints efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system
Support client onboarding by providing detailed information about products/services and answering questions
Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience
Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary during transactions or refunds

Requirements

Fluency in English; multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
Proven experience in customer support or call center roles, with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally
Knowledge of sales techniques and client services strategies is a plus
Bilingual capabilities are preferred to support a broader range of customers
