Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining essential data across various systems. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information, supporting our operational efficiency. This position offers an engaging environment where your technical proficiency and office management experience will directly contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Enter data into multiple databases and software platforms with precision and speed, including productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Manage and organize large volumes of information, ensuring accuracy through proofreading and quality checks.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to facilitate quick retrieval of records.
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, offering support or directing requests appropriately.
Perform clerical duties such as data verification, document proofreading, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Experience

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment, ideally with medical or dental receptionist background.
Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a high typing speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks.
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer support in a professional setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse teams or client bases.
Previous experience in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous but not required.
