Full Job Description

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, scheduled to work Monday through Friday with core business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The role is hybrid with a regular need to work onsite in Madison, WI to support organizational priorities. Off hours availability may be required.

As the Director of Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing , you'll lead the development of bold marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, elevate our reputation, and connect patients, employees, providers, and communities to the care that matters most.

You’ll lead a team of brand strategy, creative and media professionals and manage relationships with external marketing partners, including our lead advertising agency.

This role provides enterprise leadership for brand strategy, digital marketing, sports partnerships, consumer insights, and responsible AI adoption in marketing

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Marketing, Communications, Market Research, or a related field Required

Work Experience

7 years relevant experience in developing and accelerating brand strategy and positioning at a product/department/functional level Required
Experience leading an advertising function with an emphasis on digital advertising Preferred
Experience developing brand ambassador programs Preferred
Experience leading brand integration of acquired organizations Preferred
Experience in a large academic or complex health program that included Marketing/Communications services Preferred
