Position Summary: Crawl Space Ninja is experiencing rapid growth and is actively seeking a Sales Estimator (Home Care Specialist) to join our team. This is a high-performance, commission-driven role for individuals who want to take control of their income and thrive in a results-oriented environment.

In this role, you will meet with homeowners, diagnose foundation and waterproofing issues, and provide custom solutions using our industry-leading products and systems.

What This Position Looks Like for You:

Run company-provided, qualified in-home appointments with homeowners
Perform thorough inspections to identify foundation and waterproofing issues
Present custom solutions and close sales during the appointment
Build trust quickly and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
Maximize each opportunity through upsells, add-ons, and referrals
Follow up on open opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline
Track activity, performance, and results within our CRM system
Collaborate with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Compensation & Benefits:

First-year earning potential: $80,000–$150,000+ (commission-based)
Top performers earn $200,000–$300,000+
100% commission structure (paid weekly)
Paid $1000 per week during a 4-week training period and a 2-week ramp-up
