Located in Bothell, WA we are seeking an outgoing professionals to join our team. You’ll learn valuable tools that teach you how to sell and differentiate insurance plans that will help you to be successful in the world of insurance. From the beginning, you will “earn as you learn’’ without previous insurance sales experience. If you have motivation to succeed, and an entrepreneurial spirit, we want to hear from you, today!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Process applications, renewals, and any changes in policies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Meet production goals and objectives.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Be outstanding at relationship building to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Insurance Producer License (Preferred, but not mandatory)
Life Insurance License (Preferred, but not mandatory)
