Full Job Description

ORI is looking for a Director of Services to manage, guide, and elevate our ReFramed Services for individuals with disabilities. You will drive program quality, mentor staff, and champion compliance and be a dedicated and compassionate person to join us in our mission of supporting adults with disabilities.

Director of Services- ReFramed- A qualified individual responsible for the quality provision and management of Opportunity Resources, Inc. (ORI) ReFramed Services to persons with disabilities. Must have Bachelor's Degree, and a minimum of five years' supervisory experience. Experience with Behavioral Therapeutic Programs and BCBA Certification Preferred. $75,000.00- $85,000.00 Annual Salary DOE

MINIMUM DUTIES:

- Responsible for overall coordination and direction of Reframed services.
- Interfaces with program managers and counselors in coordinating services to individuals served.
- Supervises development and implementation of support plans and programs for individuals served.
- Interfaces with case managers and other support agencies in coordinating services for individuals served.
- Interfaces with State agency staff regarding issues directly relating to individuals served.
- Ensures adequate staffing across work areas within specialized services, providing necessary supervision and support to individuals served.
- Supervises the performance of staff.
- Process monthly billing for ReFramed services.
- Assures compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Reviews purchase for staff and individuals’ needs.
- Maintains and supervises the maintenance of individuals’ case records.
- Coordinates referrals of new individuals served for the ORI ReFramed Program.
- Participate in staffing and Plan of Care development for individuals served as necessary.
- Participates as a member of Incident Management Team.
- Maintains Residential budget based on individual Cost Plans and ensures adequate billing.
- Reviews expenditures as needed.
- Provide assistance and direction in dealing with behavioral issues.
- Promotes good public relations and is attentive to concerns and/or suggestions on improvement of services.
  General:
  1. Maintain appropriate attendance.
  2. Adheres to corporate policies and procedures.
  3. Embraces and promotes established corporate culture and values.
  4. Maintains required certifications.
  5. Meet Annual Training requirements.
  6. Attends all mandatory orientation and training activities, scheduled staff meetings and in-services/training as requested by Supervisor.
  7. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with individuals, co-workers, parents, agencies, and the public.
  8. Maintain professional and appropriate boundaries.
  9. Uses communication skills to participate effectively as a team member.
  10.Uses equipment and supplies efficiently and informs Supervisor of shortages/needs.
  11.Documents accurately work performed on Paycom and submit in a timely manner to Supervisor for approval.
  12.Documents in Data Management Systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  13.Safeguards and keeps confidential all Private and Personal Information regarding individuals with disabilities received in the course of their employment by the Corporation.
  14. Practice safe work habits and follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
  15. Maintain strict confidentiality.
  16. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum five years’ supervisory experience required.
Experience with Behavioral Therapeutic Programs preferred.
BCBA Certification preferred.
No record of abuse/neglect or exploitation of others.
